The general assembly of the cmws includes members who have paid their membership fees. They meet twice a year for the semi annual and annual reports of the different departments given by the chairmen of the committees and for the election of board members. The Financial Committee consists of the treasurer and the accountant of the cmws.

• Supervises the expenditures of all the departments in the society and all the in-coming donations.
• Pays the salaries of the employees at the society.
• Supervises the employed team of accountants, check the bank accounts of the cmws.
• Prepares the budget of all the cmws sectors.
• A legal accountant, appointed by the cmws checks all financial reports for accuracy.
